GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Secure Horizons customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~elinor: Have been requesting a new ID card for three months. They continue to tell me it has been mailed, or will be mailed. Asked for supervisor three times and was told would be called back. As of today, no card, no supervisor. Was told by last customer service rep that computer glitch was showing cards sent (they even have a nick name for the problem!) but cards not actually sent so would request "special service." Still no card, and my old one is two years out of date, wrong doctor, etc. etc.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Secure Horizons. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Secure Horizons problem?
~elinor: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~elinor: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Secure Horizons's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~elinor: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Secure Horizons customers?
~elinor: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Secure Horizons to know who you are.
