~dualcitizen: Well I guess I am super satisfied with this company. I used this company while working in the States and when I moved back to Canada (my home) I kept on using it. This company has something I've never seen any other company have* free talk and text while roaming. It's so totally awesome!!! I hardly use my Canadian phone at all in Canada cause the Canadian phone plans are awful...you never get what you pay for. With Selectel I pay $** a month and get more than my friends who pay $** or more a month. I've never called Selectel so I can't say anything about their customer service, I just always do everything online. However when I got set up with Selectel I went into an office and the rep was quite professional, helpful, and friendly.

~dualcitizen: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dualcitizen: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
