GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-cachalt: Worst customer service EVER!! Their hold system to get to an agent is obnoxious. They have one message that plays in a loop that says "your estimated wait time is longer than normal" (NOT at all helpful!) Then you have to pick "*" for a call back, or "*" to hold for the next representative. I chose to hold. Every :** seconds (I timed it!) I had to press * again to continue holding. It's bad enough I was on hold for over ** minutes, but that system made it next to impossible to get anything done while I was on hold, because I had to pay attention & hit * at the right time, or risk being disconnected.

GetHuman-cachalt: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-cachalt: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Seterus Inc.'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-cachalt: For that I would say four out of five.
