GetHuman-justme6: I ordered a pair of shoes online, they screwed up the delivery address * times! Once you place an order, it doesn't matter that they make a mistake, you can't change it, you can't even cancel the previous order, you have to place another order! How in the **** can they ***** up the ship to address * fricken times??? I will NEVER shop at another Shoe Carnival online or at a store!
