~ANONYMOUS: SHOE CARNIVAL IS A NIGHTMARE!!! *I am insulted on how their customer service rep treated and spoke to me... as if I was on of there children! Not just once but one of the * I believed was the same person just used a different name! Just went out of her way to be rude and she even put me on hold only to hang up on me just to get rid of me! all over a *.**! *This company is poor at service in store and on line! They **** you in with refund cards after refund cards after refund card to keep you having to spend money on them! This company will no longer have my or family and friends support everyone will hear about how they mislead and entrap their customers and how pathetic and miserable their customer service truly is all around!
