~allison: I had to call for two months! No one would ever answer the phone when you hit prompt * and I kept getting a voice mail! PLEASE. I am very disappointed and have written and Email but highly doubt I will hear back! The site is completely misleading and they have charged me now for months without me ordering any more shoes and I was told I could get a *.** pair! Should have known to good to be true and the HORRIBLE customer service goes along with my horrible experience!!
