~rasenne: I was put on hold * times over the course of ** minutes, only for the representative to eventually, almost verbatim, repeat what I had been telling her the whole call, and then she then told me that she cannot help (the problem involved a glitch in a shutterfly template for a product). Didn't try calling back. Gave up and ordered from a different website.

~rasenne: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Shutterfly's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rasenne: For that I would say four out of five.
