~Riped Off: Coustomer service is very very bad. I call because simple mobile doubled billed by credit card. i called to receive a refund for their error - i was told that i needed to get my money back from my bank. the coustomer service rep could see the charges but could not help me because their system could not process a refund - so i am *** out... I filed a complaint with the FCC and the BBB.

~Riped Off: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
