~B: First tech support rep didn't know a word that starts with the letter S. "Are you saying F? As in foxtrot? As in Frank?" "No ma'am. *aagh**" "You'll need to say a WORD that represents that LETTER." "*aagh*, ma'am." Finally got a ticket * after ** min wait. They called and left a voicemail regarding that ticket -- I returned the call and they had no idea what I wanted. "Do you need that ticket *, ma'am?" NO. YOU guys just called ME. I'm not sure how to avoid their offshore in the future, but it's a must. Keep calling until you get a native speaker.
