~angryguy: Horrible customer serive wait was forever to speak to them in english. If you speak spanish your better off wait is like * minutes which is what I did. They put you under a plan even though it's prepaid I had their ** dollar one. Then when I online buy the ** dollar one and reup my account they suspend my service* and tell me that I have to pay the other ** because I didnt change my plan. WHAT PLAN!!!!!!!!! IT'S PREPAID!!!!!!!!!! I am leaving them and going back to cricket wireless which I should have never left they are cheaper too.
