~pissed of former customer: I ******* hate this service! Customer service reps are rude and illiterate. They don't even understand their own product. I could barely understand what the **** he was saying so he hung up on me. I called back and got another person that could barely speak English she couldn't figure out y my data wasn't working so she hung up as well. So I called back and cursed there ******* ***'s out. Bottom line train your **** employee's start with English classes then etiquette. I'm done with this ******** *** company. **** SIMPLE MOBILE
