~Anonymous: The guy that answer was really rude and didn't speak clearly. He was frustrated when I asked to repeat himself, so I asked to be transfer to the manager. He seemed upset but I wasn't able to understand what he was saying and I didn't appreciate his tone of voice. The manager didn't have the best customer service but was polite enough. Their customer service needs be improvement.
