GetHuman-408575: I recently became a customer of simple mobile and I must say it is the worst service you cn ever imagine. They made me pay $** for one of the plans and my internet did not work. I ended up being on the line forever until I decided to hang up and pretended I was an agent. They do not allow you to receive*send MMS,internet ***** (they lied about that too), takes forever for them to reactivate your account after payments, and worst of all TAKES A LONG TIME TO SEND SMS. smh. DO NOT SETTLE FOR THIS CHEAPSAKE LYING A%* COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL LEAVE YOU DISAPPOINTED **
