GetHuman-387620: Simple mobile has the absolutly worst CS ever. The disconnect between the phone customes service(CS) and the dealers are unreal, and don't call on a Sunday unless u have **min to kill. Recieving quality help with almost any issue other than adding value to your plan or in other words "giving them money" is like pulling teeth most of the reps are irritated and not eager to please they lack problem solving skills and leave you feeling worst off than you were before calling with your issue or problem. It would also be convenient for customes to be able to pay online directly without having to call CS to give a pin* or simply (hints the name) Just pay over the phone and be done with it. Automated prefered becuase the CS is just that BAD
