~jknapp2001: When I first signed up, it was a disaster! Customer Service were absolutely horrid! Took me a total of almost * weeks to finally get their service uploaded to my phone ( CORRECTLY! ). Each time I called it was another problem or another reason why my phone was not working properly. ( I have a brand new myTouch *G. In total, I spent about * hours on the phone with them, and maybe around * hours in total to get it right. Even their website on phone set up and confguration was absolutely outdated and non relavent to my phone. They have a LONG way before they can actually be called a cell phone provider IF they havent gone bankrupt by then! Even though Im keeping my service, I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE until they fix whats broken, or go bankrupt!!!!
