~Anonymous: After trying to cancel my * week free trial. It took ** minutes and a few hang ups on their part to cancel. It was incredible difficult to understand the cust service people from India. They kept breathing into the phone which made it difficult to understand. I asked to cancel ** times firmly and each time they kept trying to upsell me. Even the supervisor continued to upsell me. Worst custormer service experience Ive seen.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
