~greatdaner6: Customer service is HORRIBLE. Outsourced reps that are clearly reading scripted responses. I know this because I called * different Phone numbers and the conversation progressed the same with all * reps. All I wanted to do was remove the automatic renewal option from my account and they told me "This is not possible." The only thing they could do was charge me $*.** so they could send me a bill. They wanted to charge ME so that they could bill me!!! It amazes me that companies can get away with shady business practices like this. I would not recommend SIRIUS*XM to anyone after this experience.

~greatdaner6: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~greatdaner6: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~greatdaner6: For that I would say five out of five.

~greatdaner6: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
