~finally: FINALLY!!! I was one call away from canceling my account with SiriusXM. I'd been dealing with the customer service people overseas for months because they had confused my account with another account of a person with the same name as myself. They were constantly harassing her about MY account. Then, they gave her my email address, phone number and home address so that we could do their job and straighten it out. Serious privacy concerns!!! Anyway, I called this number twice and it went to a company mailbox, the third time I called was the charm. I spoke to someone who was in the US, spoke English and was as shocked at what I was going through with them as I was! She even gave me her personal contact info, if I continued to have issues with them. I will NEVER use the call center number again!!! Love SiriusXM service...HATE HATE HATE their call center customer service. Call this number ONLY!!!!

~finally: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
