~Tired of being ripped off: Just quit after * years. My latest bill was for almost $*** for * years on one of my cars. I asked for a second car rate deduction almost * years ago and was told that one car had Sirius and the other XM, so NO. Today when I cancelled the rep said that I would have to ask for a second car deduction to get it. Hey I did that and was told No. Must say I loved the NPR stations the most but I just can not swallow about $**-** per month for one car and additional $**-$** every ** months for the other car. It's just crazy. From now on I will listen to FM for free and load up my iPhone with NPR programs and lister via Bluetooth.

~Tired of being ripped off: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tired of being ripped off: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tired of being ripped off: For that I would say four out of five.

~Tired of being ripped off: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
