~UpSET: This company is a croocked company in **** I was lied to about my service had to call back and pay more than was told to get the only * channells I want I told them then to take me off direct pay on *** I called and cancelled service which they say they have no record of conversation!! On **** there was a deduction of $***.** pending on my bank I called asked for t to be returned and service cancelled was told it would take * to * days it took * I was also told that all overdraft fees would be returned today I was told since the *** call has no record they would not give me the $***.** in overdraft they cause so I will go to BBB and further a thief is a thief and this company is all a liar and thief

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~UpSET: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~UpSET: For that I would say four out of five.

~UpSET: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
