GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-tirado: Last year I got thrown out I had my husband in the pool area with my * daughters and * year old grandson and my little boy that is non verbal and severely autistic he like to hit Pinochet and pull hair I went to the front to meet my older son and daughter to buy her a day pass but she is a wimp so when I came out I was messing with her saying that we were going to sneak her in there was a worker near by he heard me I was only saying that cause she makes weird faces well I went to the cabana to buy her day pass there was only one open and a long line I could not stay there that long do to my husband needed help so I went threw to where you show your pass I started to take out my pass he told us you are good go threw me and my daughter were now waiting on my son on the other side I was telling her we can buy your day pass over there the line was not bad that's when the worker came up to me and took us to the office I told him that my husband was at the pool with all the kids and one has sever disabilitys he said it would be quick but they took over * hours then had me give him my pass they kept my pass and told me I was kick out for the rest of that year I call to make sure I can go and they said no I don't understand I was playing with my daughter he didn't give us a chance to see if we were going to get the pass he seen me pointing to the building and telling her we can get her pass there then they said I can't go for the rest of that year now they changes that up too they won't let me speak to anyone in charge either
