GetHuman-408132: I have had problems with Internet losing connection always, but moved to fibre optic witch is horrendous connection can't watch films as looses connection then won't reload sky are aware of this & have been for months now!!!! Problem with my phone line supposed to have had engineer come out *monthsago but nothing still reporting problems same I get told each time!!!! Now * weeks in & till nothing again!!!! Customers support is terrible yet my bills are paid no refunds give for services I'm not having full use off. No more I'll cancel my services with sky easier than this hassle & inconvineance all the time!!!!!
