GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-jacquiec: Sky has some great programmes, but their customer services leave a lot to be desired.They had our Sky* *tb box for * months supposedly being repaired, got it back * days ago but it's still not working. Reported this to Sky who were supposed to be getting back to me. Still waiting. I have been with Sky for over ** years, paying for the top package all this time and do not think this is a good way to treat a loyal customer.
