~Eureka Bruce: I keep trying to sign up for Skype, but all I get are horribly confusing directions, plus statements telling me that Skype doesn't recognize me. Of course not! I can't even get signed in! What a freakin' mess!

~Eureka Bruce: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Eureka Bruce: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Skype's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Eureka Bruce: For that I would say three out of five.

~Eureka Bruce: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Skype to know who you are.
