~BoomSchtick: I'm not a fan of outsourced support. This was not so bad as far as India call centers go. There were troubleshooting steps that were done that were not necessary, but the rep said that she had to before the RMA would be approved.

GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sonicwall. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sonicwall problem?

~BoomSchtick: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

~BoomSchtick: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

GetHuman: And what about Sonicwall's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?

~BoomSchtick: For that I would say five out of five.
