After * phone calls, I finally reached a competent person who could answer my questions about residential energy suppliers. He also waited patiently while I calculated my bill both with and without another supplier's gas. He did not rush to get me off the phone & was unusually knowledgeble, unlike his peers. It's rare for me to get competent customer service from this company, but this happened once!
