~Linda: *nd day of waiting for them to turn off service so contractor can put in a new water heater...cannot get through to speak to people without a long wait and then there is no follow through...website number hangs up on you with a very nice "goodbye"* promised they would come in morning, by * pm said they still have order and will get there tonight...next morning we are going through the same experience as yesterday. The gas co cares nothing for customers and they should be reorganized by our public utilities commission
