~gatsby: I purchased four item in November of **** and returned * of them at the end of that month. Spiegel received them *****. I have yet to get my refund as of *******. Very poor service and will not purchase from them again.

~gatsby: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~gatsby: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spiegel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~gatsby: For that I would say four out of five.
