~TheWildOne: I returned the items I ordered because they were all damaged. They only issued me a partial refund for two of the items. I never received a refund for the other three items. Do not buy from Spiegel. They steal your money, and they have terrible customer service.

~TheWildOne: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
