~cranknbank: Our credit card was billed $***.** on ********* by "SS *SPIEGEL ***-******* NY". Charge discovered when we down loaded credit card statement today. Contacted *Spiegel by phone but they were unwilling to help. They challenged us:*Q. What's your account number?*A. We don't have one.*Q. What did you order?*A. Nothing.*Spiegel rep would not reveal what we were being billed for nor why. Told us to report it to police and have police fax a copy of their report to Spiegel at *-***-***-****.*Spiegel won't even disclose their email address.
