GetHuman-rhanson: I feel Screwed over
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-rhanson: Back in May **-**-**** I got a new phone with Sprint. The Sprint store at *** SE Chkalov Dr ****, Vancouver, WA *****. The rep told me that because I was turning in my old phone undamaged, that the remaining amount of the lease from my phone would be wiped clean, and all that I would owe is the balance on the new phone. I confirmed this with the Shift lead as well. **I go in last Wednesday **-**-**** to change my plan and find out that the rep in May had taken my phone but never processed the phone into the system. I explained to the representative that the other rep who conveniently does not work there anymore, that I had returned my phone and that the man took my phone and put it in the drawer after wrapping it. They still want me to pay off the remaining balance of the other phone before I can change my plan. Not only have I been paying on the old phone since May, but it's obvious that the representative sold my phone for his benefit (seeing how it’s not in the system as even leaving the store) knowing that the balance would be on the back end of my billing, and that I wouldn't find out for months. I bet that he did this to several people.* *I asked the manager to pull up footage on their cameras and he refused saying they couldn’t do that. The manager replied that there was nothing he could do because there was no proof. (Ummmm the proof is on the cameras.) They pulled up the serial number of my past phone and found that it was being used by someone I don’t even know. So I asked him to cancel my account because they wouldn’t help me and he told me to call customer service. All I want is my account back to normal and the amount back I have been paying on my last phone since May.
