GetHuman-bneal87: Waited on hold for over * hours tried all week to get a hold of them to change my payment like they
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-bneal87: My phone has partial use because they want a $*** payment. I made arrangements to pay half & they said they would put the whole amount in but for me to call a couple days before to change it to half. I tried for * days to get a hold of somebody & kept getting put on hold & hung up on. They hit my account for the whole amount which bounced & now they won't take half they want the whole amount which I don't have
