GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman23330: The phone I was sold was deemed defective by LG Corporation. It had a bad motherboard when it was made. LG does not carry that phone and do not know if they can get parts. They have had my phone for a month now but Sprint is still charging me for a broken phone that I cannot use. I am very upset about this. I am a college student and I need my phone for classes.
