~Worse services: I was charged for early termination fees for my phone which was not true. I checked with one of out local sprint store, and staff there told me that my contract would be ended on ********, so I changed to another phone company on ******** after anth,I got a bill stating I owed them $*** for early termination fee. I called sprint service and they did not care how I felt and the phone kept dropping when I talked to the supervisor, or he would say "I can't hear you" to hang up my phone. They insisted I should pay for the fee and did not care how I as a loyal customer for past ** years. I am so glad that I am no longer with Sprint. They had the worse customer service I have been experienced.
