~Had enough!: I was told that I used **** minutes (on my unlimited acct,) and I should be happy with that. Dropping call contantly terrible service. Customer since ****. ESCALATION contact told me to be happy with the **** that I used. Offered me a *% ONE TIME payback. Also told me to find something I like about dropped calls because they happen to everybody. A total of * or more calls to customer service in the past week. NOT COUNTING THE CALLS THAT WERE DROPPED AFTER ** PLUS MINUTES waitng on a supervisor. After over ** years as a customer of Nextel*Sprint I have had it. I was told today that I would need to pay $*** to "buy out" my contact. This was the worst customer service contact I have ever had.
