GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sprint Corporate Care customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-scottp5: I was tricked into leasing a phone that I can't afford to lease at Best Buy, and neither they nor Sprint will do anything to fix it.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-scottp5: I went to Best Buy last April just to look at phones. I told the employee that, and that I wasn't due for an upgrade yet. He said that I could get a phone, and it would only be $* more a month. He never said that it was a lease program. I'm on my daughter's account, but I am not an authorized user, but they let me sign the contract anyway. That $* more is now $** more a month, and I can't afford that, as I am on disability. I called Sprint a couple months ago, and they said for me to go to Best Buy and tell them to change it back to an upgrade and cancel the other charges. When I did that, they said they can't change contracts and they wouldn't do anything. My daughter is very busy, and can't devote days at a time to fight this. I'm doing what I can to get answers, but I'm not a user of the account, so I'm limited. meanwhile, she's been covering these extra charges for me, but that's not right. if this doesn't get fixed, you stand to lose * cell phone accounts as our contracts expire.
