~lewissiwel: Sprint ***** as a whole . I have never experienced such poor quality and horrible customer service . The President of sprint Mr. Marcello , I can definitely guarantee will be hearing from me . I can't not write enough about how horrible Sprint is as a whole . The managers in the store are rude and not knowledgable enough to solve any kind of resolution . No matter what it is . The coverage in essence is horrible no matter where I am . Including in the sprint store . The airwave I have doesn't work and has been replaced multiple times . The GPS cord does not work . My phone has been replaced seeing they claimed it may have been my phone . But the other user on the account has the same problems . It's just too time consuming to write about this terrible experience with the most horrible service EVER !
