~not happy: terrible service not only do there representatives hang up on you there rude beyond any measure of any customer service I have personally dealt with in my life. where is the compassion in this company is it all about making more money or actually giving customers an experience they will enjoy which will lead to them being a loyal customer. I will now be in the process to look for a new phone service that actually appreciates there customers.
