GetHuman-407786: AS A SENIOR CITIZEN YOU ARE TREATED LIKE TRASH. I CALLED TO CANCEL BECAUSE THE BILL KEPT INCREASING ALTHOUGH I ONLY MADE MINIMUM CALLS AND TEXTS. THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL MY SERVICE, REFUSED INSISTING I PAY THE CANCELLATION FEE AND THE BILL, WHICH GAVE NO REASON FOR INCREASE OF $**. SO I NOW HAVE TO GO SPEND MONEY FOR ANOTHER PHONE AND HAVE THIS ON MY CREDIT. HEARTLESS-CRUEL-MEAN SPIRITED MGR @ SPRINT. THEY'RE ALL ABOUT MONEY NOT PEOPLE. I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR AND GOT NO WHERE. TRANSFERRED * TIMES TO ALL NON-SUPERVISORS AFTER BEGGING TO SPEAK TO JUST ONE OF THEM. HATEFUL COMPANY, NEVER RECOMMEND, WILL NEVER USE EVER IN LIFE.
