~James1991: They will not let me access my account because I don't know they pin, even if I gave them my DOB, Social, and address. I can't obtain my pin from any sprint store except the main one in the county, which is an hour and a half drive for me, and I can't go there working * days a week so what am I supposed to do? This is why I will be changing service providers.

~James1991: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~James1991: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~James1991: For that I would say three out of five.
