~vboyd: Very bad service, waited took me over a week and still know answer. I have been with Sprint for ** years, this year is the worst service, unable to understand the foreign people you have outsourced American jobs with. Awful service. Time for change after the holidays, Everyone tells that I need to change, hat Sprint service is awful.

~vboyd: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~vboyd: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~vboyd: For that I would say one out of five.
