GetHuman-186599: have just opened two lines with sprint . And I was going to add a line I read online sprint carried a hundred dollars off right now on all new lines. The iphone *c is ** dollars which would make it free on adding to a new line I called two sprint stores which said that is true but when I called the store I originally bought the first phones from they said that is not true so I called both stores back that said it is they said to contact customer service which I did who neglected and held me on hold for thirty minutes then hung up so I called back were a lady proceeded to keep me on hold here and there then said she can't do anything for me that's sorry customer service which if I can't get help ill cancel these phones and go to another phone retailer this is senseless and no way to have customer service I would greatly appreciate u to contact me so I can get help before I cancel this service.
