GetHuman-gonz_mi: ITS EASIER CONTACTING BBB THAN THIS COMPANY WITHOUT A CODE, I HAVE OVER $*** PENDING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT FIX THEIR SIMPLE DEMAND OVER THE PHONE OR EMAIL, THEY WANT IT FAXED. I DONT HAVE A FAX! WENT TO KINKOS, OFFICE DEPOT, AND WE COULD NOT DO IT EVEN WITH STORE CUSTOMER HELP.. WTF!!

GetHuman-gonz_mi: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-gonz_mi: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Square's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-gonz_mi: For that I would say four out of five.
