GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's St. Petersburg Times customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Trialbypress: Jeff Testerman has retired! The Bay area is a better place. As a so called "investigative reporter", Testerman would often write articles that were not honest. He would often tell half of a story and use the paper to libel people and not correct the record if his "story" turned out to be false or not backed by facts. I must say, Tampa Bay is a safer place without his lies.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Trialbypress: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Trialbypress: For that I would say two out of five.
