~anonymous repeated: I called tech support *.***.***.**** ** customer service referencing a ticket ** was told I needed to open a new ticket and claim. Then, I was told to call the very same phone * again! Then I was transferred again and CUT OFF after waiting ** minutes! This is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
