~Chedwards: Waited ** minutes on hold - just to be transferred to another department - waited ** minutes for a person who I explained my situation to, then they put me on hold - was on hold for over ** minutes before the phone started beeping because they'd hung up. Called back and am now going through the same thing. Absolutely horrible, HORRIBLE customer service.
