GetHuman-413350: Though I state ** mins but still no response at all. The line is subscribe under my Spouse's name. Firstly, it had been change to pay as you roam and when in Overseas, incoming calls abt * secs, * secs etc I did not answer but is been charge $*.* in UK and $*.* in France. Worst still, I only brought this hp overseas and the bill stated that I called the other Starhub hp that was not in use for abt *-* mths and was switched off. Yesterday, I went to * of the Starhub outlet and they mentioned that they will try to wave off those calls only. I 've been trying to get in touch with the billing department to verify this issue but was in vain. Anyway, I have change back to International roaming and will see if such cases happen again, then I will terminate my starhub lines.

GetHuman-413350: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about StarHub's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-413350: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-413350: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for StarHub to know who you are.
