~Frustrated customer: Agreed with the earlier complaint, the waiting time is very very very horrible. Me too has been trying to get in touch with the operator leaving my hp* still no response. I have one important query in regards to my payment which needs to speak to the operator direct but to my disappointment have been holding onto the phone for more than **-** mins which makes me "frustrated". Kindly speed up the response in answering the phone. Thank you
