~kenphoenix: totally lousy in effeciency n business enthics.applied for ruyi channel but was not activated even after more den a mth n was still billed even though we nvr watched even saw a glimsp of the channel n they only waived off after many repeated calls n empty promises of calling back...meantime decided to return two sets of our digital boxes n change another two (* sets previously) to HD interative.Pays the charges for ppl to come n fix up due to the hassles of hving to exchange personally for the *sets*remotes*cables....actual day the installer came much later than appointed timing with * HD sets and was told that he was instructed to change * instead of only two as was requested by me....then told us that he will only collect back two since he is only installing two ....the remaining two digital sets stays...says since we have already cancelled the rental we won't be able to use these n the company will not even bother to know or check whether we gt return...few weeks later starhub calle
