GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's StarHub customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-333543: I am very frustrated and irritated by Starhub Technical support. I had been calling them many times when my Wireless internet was not working well until it was really down for almost a week.Each time it takes at least ** minutes to wait for them to answer and another ** to ** minutes to tell them the situation. They will not call back, although they said so,they used the pushing around tactic. *It is the worst service provider I had come across.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-333543: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about StarHub's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-333543: For that I would say three out of five.
